New Construction

We have been in log home construction since 1989.  We agreed to help a man construct his log home in Texas, it was an enjoyable experience.  We began to construct more log homes for other people and now we are exclusively log home builders.

-There are two approaches to building your new log home-

~Turn-Key~

• The most common and the one that most customers choose is called the "Turn Key."  This is starting with your lot and completely building your Log Home from the ground up, ready for you to move in.  Any style and feature you desire can be incorporated in your dream home.  We will handle all aspects of your building project.  

~Dry-In~  

• The other approach to building is what we call a "Dry In."  This is taking your project from the lot all the way to an enclosed structure.  Including; foundation, floor system, stacking the logs, framing the roof system, placing decking, and felt paper ready for your roofer to install your finished roof.  This also includes the installation of your windows and exterior doors.
