Preventative maintenance is a very important need on older log homes; if the needs are neglected, time and weather will take its toll on your structure.  If these issues are dealt with in a proper process of cleaning and professional preservatives then you can add years of life and enjoyment to your beautiful home.   

 Repair of Log Homes

On many occasions we have had people ask us to help them with repair issues on older log homes, we have always been able to help in each of their request.  Many times theses have presented serious and complex problems.  We have people who have developed excellent skills in making the repairs.  We will be happy to assist you in your home repair needs. 

 Restoration

Greater and more costly procedures have to be used to restore a log home when you have not kept up a regular maintenance program.  Restoration of a unmaintained log home is not impossible; we have accomplished some amazing transformations that at first seemed impossible.  The most extensive repair we have preformed was the restoration of an old home originally constructed in the 1840's.
